General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following text is a translation of the French "Conditions Générales de Vente" for information purposes only.

The prices displayed do not include shipping costs, which will be added at checkout depending on the delivery destination. The location "France" refers to "Metropolitan France." For all other locations (collectivités d'outre-mer, French Guiana, etc.), please select your location.

Payment is made by credit card via STRIPE.

The order will be shipped by "La Poste" via green letter (with tracking) within 7 business days of receipt of payment. If inventory does not allow for this 7-day delivery period, you will be contacted and offered a full refund.

If you have made an error in your contact information, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form to attempt to correct it before shipping. ATE cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect information.

Delivery times are those of "La Poste" and vary depending on the destination.

For international shipping, customs fees and duties may be charged upon receipt of the order, depending on local regulations in force, according to the DAP (Delivered At Place) incoterm.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order if the package has not been opened or used and can be returned intact. To do so, please contact us via the contact form. Return shipping costs will be at your expense, and a full refund for your order will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The products offered for sale on this site are artisanal and handmade; you are not purchasing a manufactured product. Slight differences may be observed between the products themselves and the presentation images.

You will be asked for contact information to ship the package; the personal information collected by ATE will only be shared with the various logistics organizations.

The delivery address details will be the same as those used for invoicing. If you would like the invoice to use different details, please specify this by adding a comment to your order.
